I was just introduced to photographer Kathleen Clemons through Creative Live’s great photography courses and she has changed my life forever!
I LOVE taking pictures and the more time I spend taking various pictures, the more I’ve discovered my love for photographing flowers. So I’ve been learning as much as I can about how to take beautiful photos of the flowers in gardens.
When I saw Kathleen’s work, I just fell in love with it. She has a passion for the curves, color and lines in flowers which present a uniquely beautiful interpretation of flowers.
Some of her photos, depending upon the backgrounds she chooses, almost look like paintings, like the beautiful blue flower above or the cone flower below.
The file sizes of her pictures that I captured from her site are small and lack the beautiful detail of her higher resolution photos, but I’m sure you can get the idea.
I now have a long list of accessories for my new-ish camera so I can practice taking some of these pictures. I can already see that this will be my lifetime endeavor – which I will thoroughly enjoy! Thanks for the inspiration, Kathleen.
