Kudos to Connie Collins, Jenny DuPont and the entire team at the Garden Conservancy for their incredible trip to Seattle this past week! This was my first experience participating in a trip with the GC and I was really impressed with the entire experience. Alex and I joined about 35 other garden enthusiasts with varying levels of expertise to tour private gardens, preserves and other points of interest over 5 days and thoroughly enjoyed the entire tour. The garden community of Seattle that we met, generously opened their homes and gardens to us and we are grateful to them.
As I distill my take-aways (and there are MANY), I will share what I learned and what will be different in my own gardening as a result of this trip.
